Our dumbbells are fully rubberized over the weight and has a hexagon shape. This means that you can do exercises where you trust that the dumbbell will not roll away or become unstable. Examples of this are push-ups on the dumbbells with alternating back pulls.

Our dumbbells are made from a mixture of natural rubber and recycled rubber from other dumbbells, bumpers or gym floors. The grips on the dumbbells are knurled to provide the best possible grip, even when you're sweating.

It's fine to drop these dumbbells from overhead. The package contains 4 different weights 5, 10, 15 and 20 kilos. With that width, you can do everything from heavy chest presses to work with smaller muscles around the shoulder.
