READY-TO-GO PROGRAMMING
With Oak Bodyweight Programming includes 3 sessions/week for 8 weeks.
- We begin with a warm-up that focuses on the muscle groups that will be in focus during the sessions. Often, improved mobility is a central part of the warm-up.
- The session goes on to the main part where you will come across different moments for the whole body, with different exercises and different number of repetitions. In the program, the focus is strength training with higher intensity using only the body as a tool.
The programs are delivered in the TrueCoach app, where you get a clear overview of the week's sessions as well as instructions and videos for each part.
