READY-TO-GO PROGRAMMING
With Oak Strength programming included 3 sessions/week for 6 weeks.
- We begin with a warm-up that focuses on the muscle groups that will be in focus during the sessions. Often, improved mobility is a central part of the warm-up.
- The session goes on to a main part where you will come across 5-6 different moments for the whole body, with different exercises and different number of repetitions. Primarily, increased strength is the focus, although some conditioning moments may occur.
The programs are delivered in the TrueCoach app, where you get a clear overview of the week's sessions as well as instructions and videos for each part.
