With Sverre Lilieqvist's program for the ski season included 3 passes/week for 6 weeks.
Sverre is one of Sweden's best extreme skiers and has previously installed a home gym from Oak. In the program, there is a focus on heavier strength training for legs, torso and to some extent upper body. The program is completely adapted to prepare the body for the challenges on the mountain.
- The session begins with a warm-up aimed at the muscle groups that will be in focus during the sessions. Often, improved mobility is a central part of the warm-up.
- The session goes on to a main part where you will come across 5-6 different moments, with different exercises and different number of repetitions. Primarily, increased strength is the focus, although some conditioning moments may occur.
- One session a week focuses on high intensity with only body weight.
The programs are delivered in the TrueCoach app, where you get a clear overview of the week's sessions as well as instructions and videos for each part.
