BUILD SVERRES GARAGE GYM

This package is completely unique and adapted to Sverre's wishes. Sverre Liliequist is a legend in extreme skiing and just celebrated his 50th birthday with a backflip on Åreskutan. The fact that he continues to compete and drive as he does has not only to do with talent and tens of thousands of hours on the slopes, but also a focus on maintaining strength and stability in the body.

Together with Sverre, we have developed the perfect garage gym. Sverre drives the stuff himself at home and feel free to follow him on his Instagram .

We have built the package around a squat stand because it was a bit tight on ceiling height. But since it comes with spotter arms, it was no problem to do, for example, heavy squats. Then we used an Oak Crossfit Barbell to cope with tough moves and heavy weights. Proper weights and a heavy kettlebell round off a perfect package!
